Montreal International Auto Show Report

January 27, 2012 – 8:09 amNo Comment

From January 13th to the 22nd the Palais de Congrès in Montreal hosted the 44th edition of the Montreal Auto Show. To date, hundreds of automotive enthusiasts enjoyed perusing the latest in automotive technology. The auto show saw 41 regional and Canadian unveilings of new cars as well as two North American unveilings and special presentations.

The performance area of the exhibition had more than 40 modified cars, motorcycles and trucks on display. Racing simulators and test-drive areas were sure to appeal to the fans of all things auto related.

Informative displays related to automotive safety were also a feature of the auto show. CAA was hosting a display about the dangers of texting while driving, ensuring the safety of all drivers and passengers on the road.

Another interesting display about keeping drivers’ right safe was Ticket911.ca. This Montreal based company provides legal services from experienced lawyers, helping drivers to contest their parking and traffic violations. Ticket911.ca’s lawyers contest driving infractions on behalf of the drivers, potentially saving them hundreds of dollars, and preventing them from accruing points on their driver’s license.

The Montreal Auto Show was informative and entertaining for adults and children alike. So far, many took part and it continues to be a popular event for the general public and car enthusiasts.
