Jarvis & Mackenzie Investment Fund Launch

The J&M CIF® as it will be known, is a fully managed fund created to offer the high net worth investor with portfolio diversification in the commodities arena. “This merely confirms our pro-active service approach to investors and cements our trading relationship with our clients” said Lucas Green, Senior Portfolio Manager of Jarvis & Mackenzie. The J&M CIF® comprises of an index of commodities which represent an unleveraged, long-only investment in a basket of commodity futures. It is diversified across a spectrum of commodities, “each of which has been researched and chosen for their reliability to perform time after time and with their own unique trading pattern which maximizes exposure to known inefficiencies and anomalies in the common market place” said Sean Phillips, Senior Analyst at Jarvis & Mackenzie. The fund’s returns are calculated on a fully collateralized basis with full reinvestment potential. The combination of these known patterns provides investors with a realistic picture of protected returns attainable in the commodities markets.
The fund offers clients direct access and exposure to the main 5 commodity sectors, energy, precious metals, industrial metals, livestock and agriculture. And it will have a pre-determined proportional holding in a range of commodities traded within each of these sectors.

The fund is managed entirely by a combination of senior Jarvis & Mackenzie personnel, each of whom has been chosen for their particular skills from the research of risk management to the recommending of trades.
