The St. Joe Company to Host Conference Call

The St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE) announced today that it will host a conference call on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at 10:30 am (EST) to review the Company’s results for the fourth quarter and the year ended December 31, 2009.
The Company will release its fourth quarter and 2009 results prior to the market opening on Tuesday, February 23, 2010. St. Joe’s earnings press release and supplemental information package will be posted on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website atwww.joe.com.
