Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club Hosts 14th Annual Viva Las Vegas Event

PHOENIX – The Valley of the Sun Active 20-30 Club will be hosting the 14th Annual Viva Las Vegas Casino Night and Silent Auction on Saturday, May 3rd, 2008 at the Arizona Historical Society outdoor venue in Tempe. General admission tickets can be purchased for $75 and VIP tickets for $150.
This semi-formal event will take place from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. featuring food from the Valley’s top restaurants, as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Party-goers can enjoy casino-style games, live music, silent auction and fantastic raffle prizes including jewelry from the Estate Watch Company and suite tickets to a Diamondbacks game. A special VIP admission has been added to this year’s event that includes super-premium food and alcohol, as well as the opportunity to play poker.
“This is such a fun way to raise money for an amazing cause,” said Valley of the Sun President, Julie Graf. “It’s important to remember that each purchased ticket helps improve the lives of very deserving children across the Valley.”
Event proceeds benefit the Valley Kids Foundation, Florence Crittenton Services and other local children’s charities. “We are grateful to all of our sponsors for making this event possible,” added Valley of the Sun VP of Charities, Michelle Schwartz. “We are equally grateful to the Valley residents that will participate in this event, helping us achieve our goal of raising more than $50,000 for Valley children.”
